DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival- Srinagar

• Meet and Greet on arrival at Srinagar Airport, Say Hi to your fellow Ladakh Backpackers and proceed towards our Houseboat.
• Check in and freshen up.
• In the evening, you can take a stroll near Dal Lake and enjoy the most scenic Shikara Ride complimentary by Trekkers Tribe. O/N Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Kargil

• TEarly morning after breakfast, we leave for Kargil. En-route Zojila Pass and Drass village, Kargil War famous peaks and War memorial.
• Reach Kargil & check into the hotel. O/N Kargil.

Day 3: Kargil- Lamayuru- Leh

• After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Leh. Enroute we visit Mulbekh.
• Later, visit Lamayuru Monastery and enjoy the view of Moonland – An undulating series of mountains that resemble the surface of the moon,
• Confluence of Indus & Zanskar River, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara & Magnetic Hill.
• Evening Reach Leh, freshen up & have Dinner. O/N Leh.

Day 4: Leh Local

• After breakfast proceed for Leh Local Sightseeing which includes Thiksey Monastery, Rancho School, Hall of Fame & Shanti Stupa.
• Evening free time to explore Leh Market for dinner. O/N Leh.

Day 5: Leh to Nubra via Khardungla

• After breakfast we leave from Leh and drive towards the Grand Nubra Valley via Khardungla Top
• Arrive at Nubra Valley by afternoon & post lunch we proceed towards Diskit Monastery & Hunder Village.
• Quad biking and Double Hump Camel Safari in Sand Dunes are a few highlights here.
• Later we have dinner and gather the gang around bonfire for some fun times. O/N Nubra Valley.

Day 6: Visit Turtuk Village at Indo-Pak Border

• Today after breakfast, we leave for Turtuk Village on the banks of Shyok Rivewhich was under Pakistan before 1971.
• Turtuk is the last village of India in the Northernmost region before LOC.
• You will be blessed with the Valley views & Beautiful landscapes you might not have seen before.
• After exploring Turtuk, we will ride back to Nubra Valley.

Day 7: Nubra to Pangong Lake

• Rise and Shine! Today, we leave for Pangong Lake after breakfast.
• Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 ft (4267 m), is bisected by the
  international border of India and China.
• A few years ago, government decided to open it to tourists although the lake and its surrounding is under army survellience.
• Enjoy the landscape in the backdrop of the Lake.
• One rarely feels so close to nature and the view is unforgettable. O/N Luxury Camps in Pangong.

Day 8: Pangong Lake to Hanle

• After breakfast leave from Pangong Lake to Hanle
• It is close to China border, is famous for India’s highest Astronomical Observatory.
• On the way we Visit Rezang La War Memorial.
• Tourists can visit the observatory where local engineers, if available, brief you about its functioning.
• At Night enjoy the view of milkyway if you get clear sky. Overnight in Hanle.

Day 9: Hanle to Leh

• Today after breakfast, check out of the Guesthouse and proceed
  towards Leh - Enroute Mahe Bridge.
• Later in Leh do cafe hopping and spend some time in the market. Overnight in Leh.

Day 10: Departure- Bid Farewell Ladakh!

• No Wake up Call today!
• Have breakfast, Check out from the hotel and transfer to
  airport.
• Board the flight back to your respective cities :(
  Flight over the great Himalayas is a beautiful sight to
  behold, book window seats :p
• We end this tour on a happy note with unforgettable
  memories, instagram worthy photos, stories and friendships
  to cherish for a long time.

  charges where company's vehicle not available are not
  included in the tour cost.
• Any personal expenses.
• Extra food and drinks ordered, tips, laundry, shopping,
  etc.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to
  illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal
  emergency.
• Any extra expense such as route change, airline change,
  date change, accommodation facilities, etc incurred due
  to unforeseen, unavoidable circumstances.
• Anything not mentioned above in the Inclusions.

NOTES

• KINDLY BOOK REFUNDABLE FLIGHT TICKETS TO AVOID ANY
  LAST MINUTE HASSLE.
• Only BSNL, Jio Port-paid and Airtel Post-paid sim network
  works in J&K and Ladakh region.
• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas.
• The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager
  according to the circumstances and convenience.
• Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like
  strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical
  breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rainfall, landslides,
  snowfall, earthquake will be directly borne by the guests.
• Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any
  sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to any natural
  calamities or man- made incidents.
• Guests would be responsible for safety of their luggage/
  baggage throughout the trip.
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event beyond our
  control or lockdown a nominal cancellation fees of 8% will
  be charged and guest will get the credit note of the
  remaining amount paid by them which can be used
  anytime in the near future.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Amount:
The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Before 7 days of the trip:
      If canceled before making the full payment, only the non-refundable amount will     
      be retained.
Between 7 to 5 days before the trip:
      If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance amount (excluding 
      the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
Within 5 days of the trip:
      No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip start date.
No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:
If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be possible.
Transfer of Booking:
The participant may transfer their booking to another person at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Us:
If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons, the participant will be offered:
A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within a specific period.
