Day 1 Departure- Mumbai

8:00 PM- Meet and Greet your fellow travelers and tour buddy at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. Start your journey towards Ernakulam Junction via Trivandrum Express. The train departs from CSMT at 08:35 PM, also halts at Dadar- at 08:48 PM, Thane- at 09:13 PM, Kalyan- at 09:27 PM, and Pune- 12:15 PM

Day 2 Train Journey 

And of course, what are train journeys without cards, dumb charades, Mafia and other fun games! Spend your day on the train while you break the ice and know your fellow travelers. No Journey is long if you have the right people by your side.

Day 3 Arrival- Munnar

Reach Ernakulam junction by 03:00 AM and drive towards Munnar. 

On the way, Cheyyapara & Vallara Falls visit while experiencing mesmerizing sunrise. Reach the hotel by 10:00 AM, Have breakfast, check-in and freshen up. (Early check-in subject to availability- standard check-in time- 1:00 PM) Leave for Munnar Local Sightseeing which includes Mattupetty Dam, Eco Point, Rose Garden, and Hydle Park. O/N Munnar.

Day 4 Eravikulam National Park, Pothmedu View Point

Rise and Shine! Today, we take a visit to India's first Tea Museum. We proceed to explore the Eravikulam National Park to spot Nilgiri Tahr- the endangered mountain goat and this park is built with the aim of conserving them. And for a beautiful end to this day, we go to the Pothmedu View Point to watch the Sunset. O/N Munnar

Day 5 Kollukamalai Top, Drive To Thekkady

Early morning wake-up call today as our exciting day awaits us! We start our day by visiting Kolukkumallai: The Hill Heaven of Munnar. It takes an Off-road Jeep Safari to drive up to the hills- we witness an amazing sunrise from here. After breakfast, we leave for Thekkady today. We visit the Periyar Lake, which flows through the Periyar Tiger Reserve & does boating if the slots are available. Since Kerala is also known as the Spice Garden of India, let's not miss visiting the Spice Garden to know more about the peculiarity of spices in India. Later, we watch the Kalaripayattu Show i.e. Indian Martial Arts that originated in Kerala. Evening free for shopping. O/N Thekkady

Day 6 Drive To Varkala Via Jattayu Earth Centre

Today morning after breakfast, we leave for Varkala, an offbeat place in Kerala. On our way, we make a visit to Jatayu- Earth's Centre- the largest bird sculpture. Know it's interesting history associated with Ramayana. On reaching Varkala, you are free to explore the beach shacks and stroll around the streets. O/N Varkala

Day 7 Adventure Day- Surf Day, Drive To Alleppey

Rise and Shine! Say yes to the new adventure for you today! It's Surfing Day. Wake up early and go for surfing to pump up your adrenaline :p Come back to the hotel, have breakfast, and drive towards Alleppey. Make living on water a dream come true with the houseboat stay. Enjoy the sunset by the sea, roam around, and chill with your fellow travelers. O/N Allepey Houseboat ADVENTURE DAY- SURF DAY, DRIVE TO ALLEPPEY 

FYI- The Surfing Session will be done under Experts' help, training & guidance. It is completely okay if you do not know how to swim

Day 8 Departure Day

Finally, we have reached an almost no-wake-up-call day

 Wake up, have breakfast, and then check out from the hotel and board our trains/flights back home! 

We drive to Ernakulam Town for boarding either train: Nethravati Express (16346)- reaches Thane at 03:47 PM, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 05:05 PM LTT Garibrath (12202)- reaches Thane at 01:50 PM, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 02:40 PM

Day 9 Until Next Time

After spending our day playing games, listening to songs, and reliving our memories of the trip, we finally reach our respective destinations! It's not goodbye yet, we at Trekkers Tribe will be waiting to have you all onboard with us on another fun trip soon!

Surfing and other activities apart from those mentioned in the itinerary (Rs 1500-2000)

Camera, Movie Camera, and vehicle charges where the company's vehicle is not available are not included in the tour cost. 

Any personal expenses, extra food, drinks ordered, tips, laundry, shopping, etc 

Anything not mentioned in the inclusions above. 

Cancellation Policy:

The Initial Registration Amount Is 50% Refundable Only If Cancelled 30 Days Before The Trip. 

• Out Of The Second And Final Installment Paid, Cancellation Fees Will Be: 

• 25% If Cancelled Before 20 Days of The Trip. 

• 50% If Cancelled Before 15 Days of The Trip. 

• 70% If Cancelled Before 05 Days of The Trip. 

• 90% If Cancelled Before 02 Days of The Trip. 

• 100% If Cancelled Before 01 Days of The Trip

Notes:

Surfing Charges - 1500-2000 per person for 2 Hours. 

Standard check-in for hotels: 1 noon and check-out by 10:00 AM. 

Early check-in is subject to availability. 

There will be limitations to Jain Food options, although we will try our best to provide the best food as per the resources available. 

At some sightseeing destinations, buses are allowed only to the parking area and participants have to walk to the monument or can hire local transport on their own. 

For Lunch/ Dinner, we will try out local cafes/ eateries to experience tasty local cuisines. Do not expect variety but do expect quality :p Budget- 100-150 per meal. 

The schedule can be changed on the spot by the tour manager according to the circumstances & convenience. 

Costs arising out of any event beyond our control like strikes, bandh, riots, train cancellation, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdowns, and natural calamities like heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, and earthquakes will be directly borne by the participants. 

Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets canceled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents. 

Guests would be responsible for their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip. 

Train ticket bookings usually start 4 months before the departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be RAC/ Waiting. 

If you book the tour late, please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have to pay a bit extra to get a confirmed seat (Tatkal). 

If the trip gets canceled due to any event or lockdown, nominal cancellation fees of 10% will be charged and participants will get a credit note of the remaining amount paid which can be used by them anytime in the near future.
