Beas Kund Trek ex Delhi

~ABOUT THE TREK~

Beas Kund is a must do trek around Manali. After all, it takes you right to the source of the river that flows through the town. But one of the reasons trekkers loves this trek is the setting. Picture this: Lush green grasslands flourish below the summits of the three biggest mountains around Manali. And hidden in these grasslands is the emerald lake out of which the river Beas emerges. The contrasting sight of this serene water body nestled in between jagged mountain peaks of the Pir Panjal range adds to the beauty of his setting. Standing here, there is also a keen sense of being near the source of the raging river you see in the valley below. This emerald kund branches off into streams, tumbling waterfalls right until it converges into the boiling Beas river.

~DETAILED ITINERARY~

DAY 1: REACH DELHI | O/N JOURNEY TO MANALI

• Meet and greet your trek captain(s) & your fellow trekkers in Delhi and proceed your journey towards Manali via AC Volvo

DAY 2: REACH MANALI AND ACCLIMITIZATION TREK

• Waking up to the blissful views of Manali. 
• On reaching Manali early morning, proceed towards our campsite and check-in. 
• After that we leave for an Acclimitization Trek. 
• Today's trek is just to check upon one's physical conditions and to get used to the altitude. 
• In the evening, you're free to explore Manali on your own- visit the Mall Road for some good food and shopping!

Meals: Lunch, Dinner

DAY 3:MANALI- SOLANG VALLEY- BAKHARTHACH (6 HRS OF TREK)

• Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast and check out. 
• Reach a pre determined spot in Solang valley. 
• Later, we kick start our trek to Bakar Thach, located at an altitude of 3149 m. The trek is around 8 km long and the terrain is soft with a gradual incline that will take you through towering trees and dense oak and walnut forests.
• The campsite will present the trekkers with a splendid vista of the Beas river, meandering past boulders, and green slopes all around.
• After a delicious dinner, you can retire to your tent for the night.

DAY 4: BAKHARTHACH- BEAS KUND- BAKHARTHACH (7-8 HRS OF TREK)

• Wake up to a crisp morning in the Himalayas and fuel yourself with a delicious breakfast for the trek.
•  Begin the trek to Beas Kund which is a little energy consuming yet rewarding at the same time. 
• After walking for 4- 5 hours, you will arrive at the Beas Kund, a lake with strikingly blue waters surrounded by high mountains. The lake is the source of the river Beas.
• After a while, we start the trek back to Bakar Thach which will take more 4-5 hours. Upon reaching the campsite, refresh yourself and grab a delicious dinner before heading to your tent.

DAY 5: BAKHARTHACH- MANALI

• After breakfast windup the camp and trek back to Dhundi and get transfer from Dhundi to Manali. 
• A vehicle from here will take you back to Manali where the experience comes to an end. 
• You are free to explore Mall Road. O/N Manali.

DAY 6: MANALI - O/N JOURNEY TO DELHI

• We wake up late today, have Breakfast & Checkout. 
• Now you are free to explore beautiful sightseeing destinations in Manali. 
• In the evening, we head for our overnight journey towards Delhi via AC Volvo.

DAY 7: UNTIL NEXT TIME :')

• Arrival at Delhi in the morning. 
• Time for Goodbye hugs and promises of going on more treks & trips with Trekkers Tribe ahead :p

~INCLUSIONS~

• 2 Overnight Journey In AC Volvo Bus (Delhi - Manali - Delhi)
• Local transfers for the places mentioned in the itinerary. 
• 2 Night accomodation at our Manali campsite in Swiss tents. 
• Pure Veg and Jain Meals – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner as per mentioned in the itinerary (Packed lunch during the trek) Trek equipments (Sleeping bags, Kitchen & Dining tents, etc) 
• Mountaineering Certified and professional trek leader, guide and support staff to assist you with the best service throughout the trek.

~EXCLUSIONS~

• Airfare/ Train fare to and fro Delhi 
• Meals which are not mentioned in the itinerary. 
• Mule/ Porter Charges 
• Safari, Camera, Movie camera and Vehicle Charges where company’s vehicle not available are not included in the tour cost. 
• Any adventure activities.
•  Any Personal expenses. 
• Extra food & drinks ordered, Tips, Laundry, Shopping, etc.
• Anything not mentioned above in the Inclusions.

~CANCELLATION POLICY~

• THE INITIAL REGISTRATION AMOUNT IS 50% REFUNDABLE ONLY IF CANCELLED 30 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP. 
• OUT OF THE SECOND AND FINAL INSTALLMENT PAID, CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE: 
• 25% IF CANCELLED BEFORE 10 DAYS OF THE TRIP. 
• 50% IF CANCELLED BEFORE 08 DAYS OF THE TRIP.
•  70% IF CANCELLED BEFORE 06 DAYS OF THE TRIP.
•  90% IF CANCELLED BEFORE 03 DAYS OF THE TRIP. 
• 100% IF CANCELLED BEFORE 02 DAYS OF THE TRIP.
